A hair came out on my plate of food, and not only mine but my companion's as well. I told the waitress, but she didn't do anything. My complaint is mostly about the uncleanliness of the person who cooked it, not just on one plate, but on two. They should be more careful with this type of thing.

Very good service. The place is very nice.

Fantastic food! The service was not as great though. The waitress forgot half the order, we reminded her later and she just gave this I don't care attitude, as though we were putting her out. Lastly she attempted to refuse my visa card just to make things extra difficult. Luckily the owner or chef came out and he easily got the bill resolved. The food was really good though. Adding back a star.

Good place

The atmosphere is fine, the service isn't bad, but the food isn't up to par with its competitors in Managua...

I loved the chocolate cake, the cocoa, and the plantain, but I arrived a little late and they told us it was only takeout. Another customer was eating some arepas and ordered others, but they didn't sell them to him. I'm not saying that they're slaves to work. Everyone has a family. But I think as a restaurant, we have to make that small effort: if the customer arrives late, let them eat in.
