Beautiful restaurant. Amazing view of the plaza. Good food. Alex was a very pleasant serverThe Causa Limeña and gnocci with white sauce tasted delicious, as did the Chicha Morada (see photo).The food was delicious. I tried the peppered alpaca loin with vegetables and it was delicious.
The waiters were very attentive. To start, I sat on the terrace overlooking the plaza, then I went to the tables. The atmosphere was peaceful.Very good restaurant with impeccable service. A small terrace for a drink (standing) offers a breathtaking view of the Plaza de Armas.There's also a lounge area with a very pleasant bar.The food was horrible. I ordered aji de gallina and my son ordered a chicken burger. Both were salty and over-seasoned. The only nice thing was the view and the facilities. Otherwise, they were inedible and expensive.Great food, service and views from the terrace overlooking the Plaza de Armas. Delicious food and great value.Lovely ají de gallina, great cocktails and excellent service by our waiter Erasmo - would recommend when in Cusco!Our bartender was Pamela who made me the best, balanced Pisco Sour I had this trip. Also the quinoa salad and the chicken dinner were delicious. I don’t know how this isn’t a tourist trap, but it was a total hit for dinner and a round of drinks for $35 :)I had a spectacular experience at La Calle del Medio in Cusco. From the first moment, everything was perfect. The pisco they prepare is one of the best I have ever tasted: balanced, aromatic and with an incredible flavor. The buttered rolls they serve at the start are simply addictive, freshly baked and with delicious butter. And the plate loin… a true marvel! Tender, juicy and full of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and the service impeccable. Without a doubt, a place that I recommend 100% if you are in Cusco and want to enjoy a memorable meal.The trout ceviche, the carob and the sublime dessert are well worth it.
