The pasta portions in Porto Alegre seem much smaller than in Gramado. The last time I went, the server took more than 10 minutes to serve each dish, and by the time we got to eat, it was already cold. I'd already told him about the second dish not to make it "pretty" (even though it wasn't), but he refused and continued. He ruined the entire meal because everyone's plate was already cold by the time he finished serving everyone.

A very good experience, wonderful food. Super attentive service, special compliments to our friends Erenaldo, Kevin, and Cristiano for the service provided at our table. We're loyal! Cheers!

My experience was unfortunately very bad.The atmosphere is very beautiful, but I have a dairy sensitivity, and there were very few dairy-free options. The dishes I wanted to eat (with pot sauce and other dishes) were only for two people, and there was no option to order for just one. In other words, we have to rely on the luck of someone else wanting to eat the same food, which I find completely rigid and disregarding customer satisfaction, in addition to the completely abusive prices. I then ordered one of the few dairy-free dishes, and it was bad, full of oil and fat, and I still paid over 130 reais for it, which I thought was absurd. To top it all off, when I asked for the dessert menu, there were NO dairy-free options. Even the waitress said the sago only came with cream. As a result, my friends ordered dessert, and I went without. One more detail: a SMALL glass of grape juice cost 16 reais, and a tiny bottle of water cost 10 reais. I spent 170 reais and left completely dissatisfied. Service with ZERO empathy and flexibility for people with food intolerances and abusive prices. I do not recommend it.

To be fair, the food is good and well-served for the price, but nothing special. The biggest problem is the service... a rating so bad that it ends up making me discount the food. The waiters were very polite and helpful, but when it was time to leave, we realized that the umbrella we arrived with had been stolen. So far so good, it can happen. However, the management showed no action to resolve the issue, other than complaining about the behavior of whoever did it. They lent me an old umbrella to walk to the car with my girlfriend, but I would have to go back to the establishment to return it. I asked for at least the umbrella (in poor condition and smelling of cigarette smoke), but they refused. Only when I returned and saw how absurd it would be for me to walk back to the car in the rain did they agree to let me keep it. The issue here isn't the theft of a customer's item inside the establishment—after all, it was a R$40 umbrella—but rather the lack of attention to the customer! You go to a restaurant and spend almost R$800 on dinner. What would it cost the establishment to refund me the cost of the item? They could have just taken 10% off the bill and that would have been enough. A place that charges this much needs to treat its customers better!
