I arrived at the restaurant around 8:45 pm, and it took them until 9 am to ask if they'd taken my order. The girl said she'd already taken it and left, but it never arrived. A little while later, another girl arrived and took my order (which also included a milkshake) and said it would take 40 minutes. Ten minutes later, only the milkshake arrived. I waited until 10:40, and I had to go to the register to ask how long the food would take. The girl said she'd go ask the kitchen, so I had to get up again five minutes later to ask what the answer was. The girl told me two minutes and it was practically ready. It was 11 am and the food still hadn't arrived, so I opted to pay for just the milkshake and leave without eating anything at all.They're unorganized, they don't manage time well, they mix up orders, and they don't take into account the order in which they arrive. Terrible experience.

Unacceptable. We ordered a mini burger combo and it came with a super-long hair inside. A total lack of hygiene and respect for the customer. It's not something that can be overlooked. If they don't have control over the kitchen's cleanliness, they should close down. Very disappointed and disgusted. I will never order from this place again, and I don't recommend it. The exact same thing happened to the table next to us. Another giant hair grew on one of their burgers, and the cashier was downright rude to them when they told them about the problem. Instead of apologizing for the incident, it seems the customer is to blame for their filthy behavior. Besides, they take forever to take the order and then deliver it, and it's terrible. The worst thing is that I left my comment on Instagram, and they deleted it and blocked me. They're really bad. I imagine they block everyone who leaves bad reviews.

Hello, I'm expressing my complaint. Due to the long wait time, we were initially told it was 40 minutes, and we happily waited. But when the wait increased to over an hour, it became uncomfortable and disrespectful.

Almost two hours waiting for an order, zero customer service. Terrible, too much advertising, poor service.

Terrible service, an hour and a half for the food to never arrive 🙄
