Tremendous place. Tremendous vibe, excellent decoration, cheerful and to top it off, a delicious meal. The Puyaso was one of the best meats I have eaten in years, recommended by the owner who was at another table, very friendly indeed. The service is a little slow, but nothing to write home about. Makes you want to go to Esteli just to eat here
The place has a great ambiance, and the location was a plus for me (they built the restaurant on the side of the soccer stadium). The food, from the sausage platter to the meats, was delicious. I went with a group of 14 people, and that night, only one waiter was attending the tables, so I ordered appetizers and drinks simultaneously.
If you're looking for a unique culinary experience in Estelí, Nicaragua, I recommend Capitalis Lounge & Restaurant. One of the standout dishes is the mixed carpaccio, which includes a delicious combination of Cordoba, shrimp, octopus, and salmon. The tomahawk is another excellent option; it weighs between 2 and 2.5 pounds and is full of flavor.Don't miss the refreshing mojito, made with Flor de Caña, which is perfect for pairing with any dish.One thing to keep in mind is that they fry their food in lard, so if you have allergies or are following a specific diet, please consider this before ordering.Also, don't forget to bring your favorite cigar to enjoy after your meal. Definitely a must-visit in Estelí!
The place is great, a lounge-style place where you can relax while eating and/or drinking while listening to very good deep house music. The beers, both national and imported, were very good, the starters, a mixed board of cheeses and loins were delicious and some croquettes that differ a little from the typical Spanish ones, but also very good, and the food, a steak called "Tomahawk" delicious that melted in the mouth, and the delicious desserts, two cakes, one cheese and one vanilla, delicious. The service was unbeatable and the waiters were very attentive at all times. Capitalis has typical Spanish dishes and is very well located in the Estelí stadium.

It is a very good option, a fairly extensive menu, which includes fresh seafood and premium cuts of beef and for a price that is not exorbitant, it is not cheap of course, but they are very good prices considering the quality of the ingredients.The food service is fast, you can ask for Erick to serve you, he is very attentive and friendly.They have a cocktail bar and coffee bar, an air-conditioned and closed space and a large outdoor space, highly recommended.
