A 10 out of 10.Good serviceThe restaurant doesn't adhere to opening hours even though you made a reservation in advance. It's absolutely inconvenient to have to move everyone around just to prepare your plate of food!Several stays in this chain. Quality services.I was only here for one night but had a good stay. The hotel has a lot of character in the communal areas with the rooms at the back mostly modern. Due to a mix-up on the hotel’s part, I was kindly upgraded to junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities (kettle, hair dryer, mini bar, iron etc). Bed was huge, bathroom also very spacious. Black out blinds were great. Breakfast was good, with some hot dishes, including eggs, grilled vegetables and (fried chicken :)) lots of fruits, juices etc. And a good coffee machine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, close to the main square and right next to the Santa Catalina Monastery (main sight of Arequipa). Checkout is 12:00 which is nice in comparison to other hotels in Peru with 9/10am checkout times!Bathroom shower door didn’t close properly but otherwise no complaints!It's always a wonderful experience, from the moment you arrive to the end. Claudia's service is A1, very friendly, and always attentive. As for the buffet, it's delightful.
