Extraordinary service, a quality product. I highly recommend the cacao tour. Beautiful ecological setting.

Terrible service, awful food, and an incompetent manager. Don't go! There are better services, better restaurants, and better people.

Everything was luxurious at Casa Cacao. The landscape surrounded by nature, the service, the food, and of course, the chocolate.

Terrible service, there was a hair in the food, I spoke and they didn't give me a solution. I spoke with the manager but he did not answer that they also refuse to give the complaints book and apparently it is their custom. They have a health permit but they don't comply, I should go see the health ones. I would give it no stars but it won't let me.

A terrible place to eat. The service was terrible, not only was the wait time 2 hours but the orders arrived wrong (they never brought us what we ordered), the food was cold and tasteless. They did not have cash to give change when it came time to pay the account and they refused to give us the complaint book.

I loved the garden! Quality food and good service
