A good site with an impressive view of the beginning of Paseo Montejo that can always be improved. I remember in several seasons that I served as a waiter that it was unforgivable to seat a diner at a table that was not clean and presentable, these days once seated, and depending on what you request, they clean and arrange the table. The waiters take a while to serve you, even though the place was not very full, and the food was very forgettable. My respects to the DJ, who did not stop all night long from brightening up the place. They can go back, but they must improve. Greetings.

They didn't want to give me water, the martini was horrible and the margaritas worse.

What happened to the place? It was very good, yesterday there weren't even people and the two girls who served were more focused on their cell phone than taking our order and so on the entire time we were there.

This was a great place that’s fallen on some hard times. The drinks are solid, the food is hit or miss. A great view from the roof.

The pizza is the best in Mérida, a great place. I recommend going to the terrace.

They scammed me with the account, I realized it and complained to them but a Colombian became aggressive, so we better leave the place. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Horrible experience, I made a reservation and I received all the reservation information via email. When the day arrived, I called the restaurant and they told me they were not working. The only solution they gave me was that they would give me a courtesy for the inconvenience and that I should send them a message to make a new reservation. I sent them a message and they only sent me an audio greeting me. From then on, they did not respond to my messages. Terrible customer service, they do not have good conflict resolution skills.
