Today we enjoyed a delicious lunch with a pleasant atmosphere, nice music, and personalized attention from sommelier Marco Antonio and Kevin.I loved the experience, the atmosphere, the first-class service, the exquisite food, and the signature drinks that I truly loved. 100% recommended for those who go with family, friends, and/or their partner.The food took forever to reach my table, 1 hour approx. It did taste good. But the service was slow and careless.The restaurant was empty but the hostess sat me on the patio when it was slightly raining.The waiter didn’t bother to check on my food and when it came it did not even ask if everything was on.I ordered the “Nikkei Saltado” and the “Brick cocktail”.
The drink glass was dirty.It has been nearly 45 minutes I finished and I am still waiting for my plates to be cleared. When someone finally came to the table because I asked for it, all he did was ignore me and go to the table next to me and push the plates and glassware to the side of the table and leave them there.I wanted to try dessert but nobody seems to care. Not even the manager walking around.I run a Michelin star restaurant in London and I recommend you to don’t waste your time here. There are many other good options in Lima. I’ve never felt more ignored in a restaurant like I did here.Everything was great. The show, the food, the atmosphere. And above all, Marquito's service! Excellent. He recited two verses for us. He made us feel incredibly good.
