Beautiful spot, very nice staff(!) but food and drink a bit of a hit and miss. If a hotel like this wants to hit international standards it has to step up. Passionfruit margarita - too sweet and just with syrup instead of actual passion fruit. Feedback from my table for the food was: the crudo and the shrimp were great, the steak had big parts that couldn't be chewed and the octupus lacked flavour. For the atmosphere I put a 4 because of the views but the restaurant could do with maybe some nicer lights and plants (real plants not plastic!). The staff were super nice and welcoming so that was a pleasant surprise!

Food is less than average, way too expensive and just like 6 diff options.The cashier didn’t even wanted to prep the bill, made us calculate what we spent… and still pay tip.I would highly recomend avoid this place.

Three of us went to dinner, and two of the friends who went don't eat pork or beef. The menu is limited, with only six appetizers and six main courses, no desserts, and very few food options, mostly pork and beef. There is a more expensive octopus and shrimp option. We ordered fries with bacon on top, requesting the bacon on the side so they could eat the fries and I could eat the bacon because I like it. I know bacon has fat and a bit of fat, and I like that. But it turned out the bacon came out in so many pieces that were pure leather, like it was rubber they were eating, no meat or fat. Then I ordered the Triada Criolla, which is three mini sandwiches made of brioche bread, pan-fried bacon glazed with panela, sweet potato fries, and salsa criolla: red onion, red jalapeño, and cilantro. It sounds delicious, but the pancetta still came out tough and like leather (rubber), and the sweet potato is a dry, flavorless slice of sweet potato that doesn't add much flavor or texture to the dish. They should have grated it fried to give the rolls a crunch. I don't recommend ordering anything with pancetta. My friends ordered a crudo alla Parma and the only shrimp dish on the menu, and their dishes looked delicious. I would recommend expanding the menu with chicken and vegetarian options, not so much beef and pancetta. The view and ambiance of the place are a 10/10. It's gorgeous, well-decorated, and tastefully done. The experience is 100% worth going to, but I would definitely recommend it as a place to go for drinks and snacks, not for dinner. (Keep in mind that they charge a 12% service charge, not the 10% like most restaurants.)

Nice place and very nice views, the food is quite delicious, if you ask for a glass of water they want to charge you for the bottle.
