Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I understand that Mother's Day is a busy day, but that doesn't justify the absurd disregard with which we were treated by the two waiters who served us.A simple draft beer took forever to arrive, even though the waiter was practically in front of us. When we weren't ignored, we were served with a grudging disposition. When we asked for side dishes, they were thrown on the table haphazardly, demonstrating a complete lack of respect. To make matters worse, they served drinks in plastic cups and didn't even offer ice.We ordered medium-rare beef, and it arrived undercooked. There was clearly a lack of preparation and care. I felt disrespected and discredited—especially since only our table was treated so negligently.Despite the politeness of the manager, who tried to defuse the situation, the experience was already completely ruined. Without a doubt, it was the worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately, the service was not the best. The waiters were isolated talking to each other, leaving us without service (maybe because of the time - 3:40 pm on a Friday).
