I've always been to this restaurant, it was good. But I went today and was shocked, everything was so bad. Salads, food, and meat. What a shame, I paid a lot and left hungry.

Great service, food is delicious, friendly staff

I sat for almost 10 minutes and no waiter came near. The place was empty, and there were waiters chatting, organizing tables, or simply leaning against each other. If there had been more customers, then... I got up and left. What a level...

The best bakery in town

The atmosphere is nice, but the service and service leave a lot to be desired.For a self-service price of R$80, you'd expect to eat at least well. But it's quite the opposite. The buffet has few options, only the traditional ones (rice, beans, farofa, and salad).The restaurant claims its strength is meat, using a very inefficient system where they bring the cuts of meat to your table. The meat takes ages to arrive. When it arrives, they leave two pieces and leave.If you have time, patience, and low expectations, it might work. However, if you're short on time and want a different experience, this isn't the place for you. Both times I went, I went hungry.I've never seen a restaurant where you eat the entire buffet first and then they serve you the meat. It's embarrassing. There isn't even a protein option to tide you over until the meat arrives.You'll eat much better at any restaurant for half the price.

Chaco is very good, but a recent experience with the all-you-can-eat buffet made the restaurant drop in my opinion. The meats weren't good (especially ancho and chorizo), and I had to point out to the waiters a few times that the meats weren't reaching my needs. Aside from the all-you-can-eat buffet, which isn't worth it, the restaurant offers good executive menu options and a nice atmosphere.

The atmosphere is pleasant but a bit dark. The food, from what I could eat, was good, but not exceptional. The service was very poor. In the 50 minutes I spent at the restaurant (from the moment I sat down), I was only served meat twice (one of which was cold), which is unthinkable for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. The manager, when called, was very polite, apologized on behalf of the staff, and waived the all-you-can-eat charge. I accepted the courtesy in time but insisted on paying for the drink I had.
