Very good. The only negative point is the delay in getting the food served at the self-service restaurant. It takes so long that when you get there to weigh the dish, the food is already cold.

A large restaurant like this, which serves more than 300 people, having only one bathroom is absurd! I spent my Sunday there, and the experience was unpleasant. I think it is disrespectful to customers to have one bathroom for women and one bathroom for men, without considering exclusive bathrooms for people with disabilities or comfortable spaces for women with children and/or babies. Furthermore, the bathroom is not kept clean. It was extremely dirty, with little water flow when flushing. And it was only cleaned when the restaurant was closing. The restaurant only 'grows' in size to have more customers, but it does not think about improving and expanding the essential spaces for well-being and use: bathrooms and the buffet area, which is small and generates huge and long lines. The only reason I did not give it a 1 is because I was well served by the staff in the outdoor area, and by the kids' area, which is improving (although the toys need maintenance), allowing for a different experience from the indoor area.
