Excellent restaurant! Perfect for a romantic dinnerWonderful evening, excellent tartare and cheese fondue. Excellent service, fantastic wine cellar! Our first time at the restaurant and we were delighted, we will be back again...I went to celebrate my birthday with my family, and we chose the Chalet because it was a special occasion.
A very high price for a less than pleasant experience. There was little variety of sides; for the cheese fondue, we were met with only bread and potatoes. The meat was served frozen, and most of the sauces were mayonnaise-based. For the sweet fondue, we asked for more bananas and were told they were out of stock, which is unjustifiable considering the price per person. The wine we chose ran out of wine, and we were served a 200% more expensive wine without warning. And in the end, my congratulations were never given because the staff failed to honor what we had agreed upon when we booked.
I don't take away from the atmosphere and the staff, who were very pleasant and welcoming. But when paying a considerable amount for dinner, I expect to be satisfied with the experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.My new favorite place! Charming, with refinement in every detail, welcoming service and wonderful dishes!Everything perfect and complete. Refinement combined with excellent services.
