Impeccable as always!

Gilberto makes the best country in POA

One of the best restaurants in Porto Alegre. I recommend it to everyone, I take my friends from POA and those from out of town too. On cold days, the counter is an excellent choice, a true poem for those who enjoy good food, wine and still warm up near the grill.

Terrible experience. I arrived with my family for dinner and there was a waiting list. We had to wait in the cold for over 30 minutes, under the claim that there was no space inside the establishment to wait. We were not offered anything to drink or eat during this time. However, some time later, some other people arrived and were allocated to the inside area, even though I was with my 73-year-old mother in the cold and dew. I asked why and the receptionist told me that the available space inside could only accommodate 2 people and not 3, as we had, even though she had not asked if my elderly mother would have liked to have gone in. Complete lack of respect, lack of preparation and any sense of politeness on the part of the staff. A terrible experience. I will never return.
