Unfortunately, my experience at Chico do Caranguejo Praia left much to be desired. The service was disappointing: the waiter was inattentive throughout and only showed sympathy when I asked for the 10% service charge. Furthermore, he didn't know how to properly use the ordering system, which resulted in errors—the Coca-Cola my wife ordered, for example, never arrived at the table.Another negative point was the waiters' posture, which was often leaning on the tables, giving off a sloppy image. To make matters worse, the music was extremely loud, making conversation difficult and the meal uncomfortable.

The sand on the beach was very dirty and had a very strong smell of garbage.

Wow, Praia do Futuro is really bad, it's so noisy, there's no peace. Expensive food, and there are so many street vendors who can't see the food you order and want to eat it with you. God forbid I'll never go back.

A messy place with waiters who abandon you at your table. You have to yell for one to appear. The resort doesn't keep its own beach clean. Apparently, neither does the city government. The sand is full of trash, including in the water. Furthermore, the street vendors prevent any attempt at conversation at the table. Fortaleza and its business owners should rethink the tourism they offer. It used to be very good, but now it leaves much to be desired.
