Bad service

I ended up here only because it was Sunday and there weren’t many places open near my hotel – unfortunately, that was a big mistake. I ordered noodles with vegetables and beef. The beef was rubbery and chewy, the noodles tasted like cheap instant noodles, the vegetables were bland, and the sauce had absolutely no flavor. I rarely eat meat, but I was in the mood for it – and I regretted it immediately.I also ordered a tortilla, which was okay – but let’s be honest, it’s just a tortilla. Not enough to save the experience.The service was friendly, but something really unacceptable happened: while I was eating, someone started mopping the floor with strong-smelling cleaning products. The chemical smell was overwhelming and completely ruined what little appetite I had left. I honestly don’t understand how anyone thinks it’s okay to clean with harsh chemicals while people are eating – it’s a total no-go.Overall, I would not recommend this place at all. Easily one of the worst Chinese meals I’ve ever had. I really wish I had just gone back to Dolci Pensieri, where I had an amazing experience the day before.

The food is very delicious but the staff is somewhat inattentive, they are more concerned about the novel than the attention to the tables...I ordered takeout and they didn't even ask if I required cutlery, that's under their rating.

I wrote this opinion a few years ago "Good food, pleasant atmosphere" but it was years ago, now that I went again, the service was of very poor quality, the dishes are not in line with the prices and the atmosphere needs to be improved. I hope the owners take action on the matter.
