Everything was excellent. It was truly one of our favorite restaurants in Cusco. Great value for money, exquisite food. We ordered Amazonian trout and sirloin with Huancaina-style fettuccine. Highly recommended. Excellent service!The service was friendly and the food was exquisite.
I recommend the chicken broth to soothe the Puna pains, and the alpaca in pisco as a unique protein. The three-pepper loin is also very good.A very nice restaurant. We went in because the decor caught our eye. Upon entering, they served us a complimentary pisco sour. We ordered a causa limeña starter and two main courses of pork loin and alpaca. Everything was delicious and the dishes were generous. You can tell the quality of the ingredients.It's a wonderful place with an exquisite menu. The roast guinea pig is a delicacy you must try when you come to Cusco.We went to Cholos for dinner tonight. The servers were wonderful. I can't say the same about the kitchen staff—they served us raw chicken when we ordered the chicken cordon bleu. Needless to say, we won't be back, and I hope we don't get sick.Great tasting food, variety in typical and international food, good prices, quiet atmosphereA place where they have typical and very tasty Peruvian dishes, but they also have other options like pizza, salad, pasta, etc. I recommend the place if you are in the area. The service and atmosphere are excellent!!The food is delicious and priced right for the plate sizes.The dishes are delicious, but not too abundant, just right!
