This is the kind of place you wish to give 6 stars to! It was really cool having a meal "inside" the monastery of Santa Catalina (the restaurant once was the home of the sacristan). We had 2 different types of lomo, and both delicious! Special thanks to Frank, amazing service! Thanks Frank for teaching us how to determine if the meat is well-done, done,etc by touching the thumb with a finger!I came with my daughter and the food was delicious! Roodney's service was excellent. My daughter wanted to taste huacatay, and he brought her some sprigs from the kitchen! We'll definitely come back next time we visit Arequipa!A great option for dinner in Arequipa, a bit outside the traditional Peruvian cuisine. The restaurant is very nice, and the service is very friendly. We were served by Gabriel, who gave us excellent recommendations and made sure we enjoyed our meal.
