What a disappointment we had at breakfast today... It's really time to change the dishes. The coffee pots are stained or dirty, who knows. The milk dishes are the same. It looks dirty... The tortillas aren't wrapped in a cloth anymore, the sour milk used to come with a hair in it. It's a shame to see how the quality has dropped.

They always maintain the quality of typical Nicaraguan food... and for those of us under surveillance... grilled chicken with an excellent house salad... "the cream of the crop."

Whenever I eat breakfast, it has a very good, rich flavor.
