I've visited this hotel for brunch several times, and the customer service, quality, and variety of food remain consistent. The food options are plentiful, the staff is attentive, and they make you feel at home. They are very friendly to the LGBT community.

I went for Mother's Day and the service was excellent. The servers are attentive to your needs, and although it's almost always a buffet, they are always attentive to your table. The buffet is very varied, although it varies depending on the day you go. For me, the lunch is more worthwhile than breakfast or brunch. There are higher-quality and more varied dishes, and they'll stamp your ticket if you leave your car in their valet parking.

Excellent service from the staff and the same goes for the food.

This place is luxurious, there is a lot of food to choose from, many different dishes from salads, meats, seafood, chicken, pasta, quesadillas, birria, pancita, pozole, mole, eggs, whatever you like to eat and drink, there is a lot of variety, that is, both good, very good and average, I recommend the dessert bar because it is super extensive, there are crepes, ice cream, brownies, cakes, sweet bread, savory bread, gelatin, etc., etc., etc. Go, it is a super gastronomic experience, especially for foreigners or people from other parts of Mexico who would like to try the delights of Mexican food since in this country the food is very different in each state in Merida you eat in one way and in Chiapas it is different, just like in Oaxaca it is different and so each state has its representative food of the place, this buffet is the closest so far that I have seen that can represent a good part of our Mexican gastronomic wealth, sorry I did not take pictures of the food
