From the moment you cross Cordero's threshold, you know you're not simply entering a restaurant, but a carefully orchestrated experience. The space combines warmth, contemporary design, and a quiet respect for nature and art. The vibrant mural of a man and two leopards greets you like a statement of identity: here, the wild, the authentic, and our own are celebrated.The clean-lined tables contrast with velvety wine-toned chairs that hug the body. Each dish is a curated piece: textures, colors, and shapes converse with handcrafted tableware and service that whispers without interrupting.The menu surprises without being too strident. We started with a beef tartare, crowned with delicate green emulsions, edible flowers, and grated cured cheese—a symphony of freshness and precision. Then, juicy meat, cooked to perfection, was bathed in a powerful reduction that caressed the palate. In the background, an impeccably chosen red wine, and a menu that seems to understand your craving before you do.The desserts... poetry. One arrived on a base imitating tree bark. Another, with hints of cocoa, hazelnuts, and airy sponge cake, defied definition.But the most captivating thing is that everything at Cordero seems to have a purpose: from the flowers that decorate the table to the sheep postcards that accompany the closing of service. You don't come here to eat; you come here to feel.Cordero is not just another place in Caracas. It's a ritual. A conversation between the land, art, and soul. And every detail, from the natural light that filters in to the name discreetly embroidered on your backpack, seems to remind you: you are exactly where you should be.

Good food not cheap

The staff was extremely attentive. Almost all of the dishes on the menu weren't available. They seated us at a table with the air conditioning blowing directly into them. Extremely expensive and bad. I don't recommend it. The price versus quality is outrageous.
