Nice restaurant, good food and serviceMy visit to D'Oxa Prime was a complete disappointment from the start. The chifles we were served were stale and lacking in crunch, which was a bad omen of what was to come.I ordered the maiden dish, but they brought me a different fish. When I mentioned the error to the waiter, they offered no solution. I also asked for the passion fruit sauce listed on the menu, but my order was denied without explanation.When it was time to pay, the POS was down, and they couldn't process the payment through Yape. I informed the manager about the poor service, but she offered no apology or compensation.In short, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this restaurant.Unfortunately, the quality of the meat and the doneness were not up to par with the high price. I found the chimichurri more oily than tasty. I would not recommend it nor would I return.Smoked grill for 4, recommendedI ordered ravioli in angus ragu sauce and the ravioli were raw, really inedible. When I told the waiter he kindly took the plate away and when he brought it to me, the ravioli was still raw! In all of this, 1 hour and a half had already passed. Then I said I didn't want the dish anymore. I asked that they not charge me and they did, that is the only reason why I gave it 2 and not 1. The place is nice, cozy, but if the food is bad, it is of no use.Excellent place, the dishes are very good and the service is excellentIt's a very attractive and elegant place, with something for everyone.
