Excellent service! I went to Del Bono Central for an exquisite selection of sirloin steak. The best were the staff, Andrea and Gimena, always willing to serve with kindness and friendliness. Congratulations to their team. A source of pride for San Juan and one to recommend. Also, I went to Moño Rojo at Del Bono Hotel. I had buttered salmon with excellent guacamole. Like Moño Rojo at the Centro, the best was the service from Femenia Euigenia; an excellent hostess.

It's a magical experience, always incredibly well looked after by the staff who give you fantastic advice on what to choose and what to pair with. Eugenia and Javier's advice takes you to a dream place.

I was at an event at the hotel, and they didn't offer gluten-free food. This restaurant saved my night. They had several gluten-free options. I chose spinach and cheese cannelloni, which was spectacular. ❤️ The service was excellent. The waiter brought my plate to the event, so I was able to eat there. Thank you so much!

Good restaurant. I ordered mushroom lasagna, but it's a steakhouse. The atmosphere is very nice, and the house wine is from Mendoza. I wanted to try some San Juan wine. What stands out about San Juan is the kindness of the staff, extremely respectful and empathetic.
