I'm giving it one star because the food was okay. The service is terrible; many servers don't take orders properly, forgetting the order exactly as you order it. Additionally, the place lacks kitchen staff, which makes the food take a long time to arrive. We literally waited two hours and 40 minutes for the food to arrive. It's definitely one of those places that cares more about making money than providing good service.
