Celebrated my birthday with a 12 course meal. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was beautiful. Was able to taste ingredients that were completely new to me. Cocktails were amazing

The truth is, we went to the bar inside the restaurant, but it was already full, so we sat in the restaurant part, and it turned out to be better, since we ended up trying the best ceviche in Guate. I found the drink original and interesting, but that's it. However, I loved the dish and the concept of the restaurant, especially with all the history that the local girl told us.

From the beginning, the team was very attentive and friendly. I highlight the warmth and level of detail with which they took care of every aspect, both in the food and in the narrative.I took the 12-course tasting menu, consisting of 9 savory and 3 sweet dishes. Each time was accompanied by a detailed explanation about what we would try, the tremendous work they do with their organic products and a bit of history, which I personally found brutal.Definitely, a place where you can see that their goal is to serve with passion and excellence. It is not just a restaurant, it is a space where every detail, from the kitchen to the service, is designed to honor the art of nurturing and welcoming. Here, the act of serving is not an obligation, but a purpose that each person on the team carries in their soul.
