Not so good… I had a hard time finding a day off and deciding to go out to eat… I immediately ordered my favorite starter, which actually took about 1 hour and 10 minutes, something I've never seen a starter take so long… So the waiter didn't even come to the table to explain the delay… So we ordered another starter too, which arrived really quickly…But I just think that there should be this dialogue with the customer regarding the delay of starters or dishes…that gets really annoyingAnyway

The place is beautiful. But the waiter is not present at the tables. I didn't eat anymore because no one showed up. I asked for a water, but the ice melted and no one came back to the table. We ordered a tartare, which took 1 hour and 10 minutes. I ordered a provoleta later, which was ok, 20 minutes. The tartare's bread was old, the pesto was unseasoned and half of the tartare's bowl was broth. There was no ketchup, mustard, pickles or capers. It was just onion and meat. No salt either. The service was very difficult, slow and the food was tasteless. I didn't like it. At 8pm there was no background music, nothing. If you're going to have poor service (which you obviously must have since you've been open for so long) because it's a slow day of the week, it would be better to not serve at all than to leave a bad impression.About the delay: it would be normal if it were a busy day OR if the waiter had some kind of conversation, warning or justification. There was nothing, so that's why I considered it a grade so low than expected.

Nice little place, good atmosphere, cold beer and tasty snacks

I was a customer and I got lunch every day. Even when I saw a small insect in the salad bar at the buffet, I ignored it because I thought it could have been a coincidence. However, today I went to get lunch at 11:02 in the morning because I was in a hurry to get back to the hospital, and they didn't let me serve myself — even though all the food was already on display at the buffet. What's the point of this? They've lost a customer forever!
