Went here on a bachelor party! Cindi was the most enthusiastic and passionate host! You could tell she knew a lot about the products, but truly had a passion for what she was sharing. It made you want to listen and feel the vibe of what you were tasting! Loved it!

Good food and good drinks. In some places the restaurant is not very well ventilated and can get stuffy. The service is attentive, but a bit clumsy.

Reservations for rum tastings are recommended to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Besides the tasting sessions, the menu includes a variety of Caribbean and Colombian gourmet-inspired starters, main courses, and an impressive selection of signature cocktails, house shots, wines, beers, and mocktails. Signature drinks such as Summerango, Vicherizo, Sweet Chilli Julep, and Rum Rouge offer guests a unique cocktail experience that complements the flavorful cuisine.
