The best empanadas in Tucumán.

The meat empanadas are incredible!

It looks beautiful! Very pleasant. Having a drink in the shade of the tavern looks divine! The food and service must be excellent! It doesn't look any less so. I can't give a more specific opinion since I haven't had the chance to sit down and enjoy the pleasant fresh air it offers yet.
