Excellent location for the historic center. Pleasant place. Good service. They brought us warm, delicious bread at the start. The food and desserts were excellent.
Not a shadow of what it once was, expensive, dirty, old and worn furniture, horrible and greasy food, horrible ice cream 110 pesos, in short, total disappointment, the waiters were cheeky and moving tables on top of people, I will never return.
Everything was great, excellent in every way, the food was amazing.
The waiters are quite friendly, the hostesses not so much. The waiter Julio served me at the bar because there was no room and I was already very hungry, and I wasn't willing to wait, because there was a waiting list of about 15 people and since it was raining, no one was leaving their tables. He was very attentive, he heated my hot chocolate twice because it was cold, he offered me water without asking, and the lamb was delicious. I will definitely return.
I recommend the roasted octopus, it was delicious, as was the chocolate cake and the exquisite American coffee.
I ordered guava agua fresca with mint, mushroom soup with flower, and arrachera and chorizo tacos. For dessert, natilla with eggnog and coffee.Great atmosphere and excellent service! The white bread is baked in-house.
