Just reading the negative comments made me lose any desire to try them.

Terrible service, very slow, they offered me one thing and after 1 hour and 30 minutes I called to find out about my order and the only thing they told me was that they no longer had what I ordered and that they would change it for something else quickly and obviously it was worth less.

The service is very slow and they don't even respond.

Horrible... A slug in the burger and snails in the lemonade. The worst part is that they didn't even say how sad they were. I looked around the kitchen and they don't wear gloves or masks or anything. Very unhygienic. What a shame. A total disappointment.

The service of these people is regrettable, do not sell lunches if you do not have the strength in place to place orders, do not play with people's time, in the process they do not even make an effort to have good service. Appalling

I placed the order at home and they promised 40 minutes; After more than an hour I called to ask and they said it would take 30 more minutes, it didn't arrive, I called again and they didn't answer. I lost my money, $56,000 including shipping, terrible service. They tease customers.

The Picada with salad for 2 people is a scam...the salad is tiny and took almost 2 hours to arrive...terrible
