Exquisite gourmet dishes, very well prepared, with adequate portions (not tiny). They include reworked desserts and some unusual ones. Very attentive and attentive service. Highly recommended.

The food is really good, with both the quality of the ingredients and the flavor. I ordered the sorrentinos, and they were delicious, but the portion could have been a bit larger. The staff spent much of the evening moving dishes around, creating an unpleasant atmosphere with the noise of plates and cutlery clanking together. There were only a few tables occupied, and the wait was excessive. If you're looking for a quiet place to dine and chat, this certainly isn't it.

Good place for meetings

Highly recommended

This place is one of the best restaurants in San Miguel de Tucumán. It achieves a sophisticated atmosphere thanks to the combination of decor, subdued lighting, soft music, and first-class service. The presentation of the dishes is also outstanding. It's also one of the few places to dine that's completely removed from the chaos of the city.

I was attending a training session, and the daily menu included, among other dishes, pork shoulder with baked potatoes. The potatoes are unmistakable, but the "bondiola," a cut known for its flavor and juiciness, was a reheated, dry lump. I doubted it was pork shoulder because, even reheated, it retains its qualities. The most uncomfortable thing as a diner is having to wave like smoke signals for a waiter to see you. (There was only one waiter.) Finally, never dismiss the saying "if it's not busy, it's for a reason, go to the one that's full." Next time I'll have lunch at one of the resort's bars, which, incidentally, would be cheaper considering the disappointment. The restaurant maintains the hotel's stylistic lines, impeccable.
