My family and I traveled from San Salvador to Santa Ana on business, and some friends recommended this restaurant. I must say the place is very pretty, an old house in perfect condition and super clean. The food was delicious. We ordered a very tasty queso fundido appetizer and the "Parrillada Duo." The food tasted excellent, and everything was superbly prepared; definitely a 10/10.It is a very poor quality place, the bosses do not have a good attitude even with the clients, we held an event in their establishment and the food left a lot to be desired, the egg was burnt and salty, we were also charged an amount for a delay of half an hour that was not what had been agreed upon and was excessively expensive for what had been established, the establishment would not be on time, the food was served late and the hygiene was not good, the plates and cups were scratched and stainedIn addition, they did not charge an extra amount for electricity on top of the already excessive amount for the use of the facilities that were neglected and in poor condition.
On another occasion when I attended the same place for a training, they served me raw chicken for lunch.We had a party at El Patio, there were more than 100 people and we were super pleased with everything. The food was delicious, the attention of the waiters was super excellent, the DJ was the best, it kept all the people going from start to finish, the decoration of the tables was very elegant, the bartenders were fast and friendly, in short I have no words to say how grateful we are. Thank you Angel, your brother whose name I don't remember, and your mother Carolina for giving that delicious touch to the food, also to your grandmother who is a great friend of my mother for years for all her attention.
