They already take too long to deliver food to those of us waiting at the table, they serve take-out food faster and leave us for last.

Everything else is fine, we almost always order groceries. But the last time we went to eat, THE BAD EXPERIENCE was that the guy who was collecting payment didn't charge me for the sodas, so I went back because I was already home and told the guy about it. All because he didn't know how to use the terminal, and on my mobile banking, he charged me twice for the sodas. I realized this and told him, showing him my app, that he charged me twice, and he just tells me he only charged me once and that they'll charge me twice later. To date, they haven't responded to my WhatsApp, and my bank did charge me twice. Should I go back next time even if they charge me less? The return trip ended up worse 😓

It is the first and last time we come to this place, if they take your order a little quickly but they take too long, it took us almost an hour to consume and for our food to be ready, the hamburger meat was very salty, and we asked for glasses with ice and they only brought one, they have poor organization and no one to put them in order, the food comes out faster for Didi or take away than to eat there, very bad experience. I recommend them to be more prompt, they leave the customers waiting a long time. Regarding the food, the only thing was the saltiness of the hamburger meat

In terms of service, it is easily the worst food stand in the city, the food is decent but it easily takes up to an hour for a simple hamburger, you ask those who are serving and they only tell you if they are leaving right now, not to mention that all the employees have terrible hygiene.In my life I will buy there again The truth is, if you have a choice, better go for the tacos of 2 orders x 100 that are in front

One hour for 2 burgers and very low quality ingredients. I will never consume them again

The burgers are delicious, the fries are even better, excellent.
