They opened promptly at 11:30am and the service was impeccable. I have eaten steak on every continent except Africa. This is as good as it gets.This steak is top quality. Absolute perfection. Cowboy Ribeye cooked medium rare and served on a hot plate to rest and devour at a perfect medium rare plus.I'm going back again next week.
