They've been late with our order on two occasions. But today it was the tapas, the food was delayed, we asked and they said they were already getting sick. Fifteen minutes later, they delivered the order to the wrong table and left us without food. Obviously, we left, waiting for over an hour, and they delivered it first to a table that arrived later. Shame…
Tasty food, good service, overall very good. Worth what you get...
I loved ordering the burger on its own, but unfortunately they ruined it. First they made them smaller and now they've changed the avocado for a horrible avocado-type sauce and they also fill it all with that sauce. They ruined the burgers badly, it's a shame.
I called to inquire about a charge I received at their restaurant when I wasn't there, and the employee simply told me it couldn't be because they don't accept credit cards. I called again because the charge was under this name, and the comments say they do accept credit cards. The employee yelled at me to stop messing around, because it wasn't true. How disrespectful and unprofessional. My bank can't get in touch with them, so I think they're the ones who robbed me. Despicable.
You don't find many places like this in the city.
