I visited the restaurant with a positive attitude, but I had an experience that I think is important to share so they can improve. I ordered a steak in garlic sauce that arrived literally swimming in oil (canola, I was told), which wasn't what I expected in terms of taste or presentation. I appreciate that they easily replaced the dish with grilled chicken breast.The place, although it has potential, feels a bit neglected: it smells slightly off, and I found a spider on the chair where I sat, which was unfortunate.However, I must say that the staff was very friendly and their effort to provide good service is evident. With some adjustments to the kitchen and maintenance of the space, they could offer a much more pleasant experience in line with the service they strive to provide.

The service from a waitress named Leslie is poor; she thinks she owns the restaurant. She even mocks the customers for the poor service she provides. The manager plays along and laughs too. Only a young man named Gerardo provides quality service, trying to correct all the poor service provided by the manager, the owner, Leslie, and all the waiters. Horrible service.

Nothing to see how they cooked and served tea, a lot of dust from the construction and poor attention from the waiters.

I haven't been back to eat at the Palacio de Hierro for a while and it was a better experience, in terms of service and food. The choice we made was very good, very rich. The menu is varied, the expected time is also acceptable.Good choice for a weekend.

The food never disappoints me, the enchiladas are very delicious, the beans too, club sandwiches, burgers and the flavor 99% of the time is the same. The service could improve but I doubt it. The place is not pretty like others but the food makes it worth going.

To begin with, never go into the bathrooms. When you enter everything makes you sick. I hoped that by paying a thousand pesos for some eggs and a cake I would be gourmet. If you have the opportunity to go, I truly recommend skipping it...

I loved it. It is a very cozy restaurant and the service is very good. The food is very good and the recommendations are what you should ask for since they are seasonal dishes. It looks like a very Mexican restaurant.
