They take a long time, the meat is raw, the food is not delicious 😩We went on a Saturday at 1 pm and there was no attention. It didn't say anything anywhere that they were under maintenance or anything. Upon arrival, I was attended to by Paul, an extremely friendly gentleman; To whom I did not hesitate to tell that it was my first time in Lambayeque and without thinking twice he suggested the house specialty and boy it is!!! What pleasure was felt in every bite!!! A very special experience, I hope to return soon but this time with my loved ones so that they can also enjoy all these flavors of experience and tradition. Congratulations to the chef who for 27 years has not cooked but made art in his kitchen!!!WellGood rice with duck
