Beautiful presentation. Food came out over salted.Excellent food and the restaurant chef was very kind and friendly.The place is nice, and the food is innovative, but the service wasn't the best. There were only a few tables and plenty of waiters, but none of them came close. Otherwise, I can say it was good. Their Amazonian chaufa wasn't that great, but it was acceptable! And the yuquitas were delicious. It's worth ordering!To those reading this, let me tell you that it is a good place, but they take a long time to bring you the food. Also, if a celebrity or someone more important than you as a consumer comes, let me tell you to say goodbye to the food because they take a long time.Delicious and beautiful place.I never normally order ceviche, but I was curious to try the one prepared with the damselfish fish found in the jungle. I ordered a trio consisting of damselfish ceviche, paiche chicharrón, and jungle chaufa rice, and honestly, I'd never tasted such delicious dishes as those at Tuyuyo. I loved the firmness of the fish, the marinade, and the saltiness of the ceviche; the crispiness of the batter and the soft texture of the interior of the chicharrón; and the powerful flavor of the chaufa, sautéed with cecina. All generously accompanied by golden yuca, fried plantains, and equally delicious sauces. I must admit I left my plate empty and was very satisfied after savoring such a well-presented and prepared meal.
If you visit Pucallpa, after a morning walk along the river, I recommend indulging in the flavors of the jungle fruits in this temple of gastronomy.The restaurant is pleasant, the food is served quickly, and the atmosphere is small but attractive. Highly recommended.
