I used to really enjoy this place, but on my last visit, I noticed several changes that disappointed me. The sausages had tough parts, like ribs, which made them difficult to eat, and the meat had little flavor, as if it needed better seasoning or preparation. The anticuchos were horrible. I think they've neglected the quality that characterized them. I hope they can take this into account and return to the good level they once had, because the place has a lot of potential.Food heavily seasoned to mask the original flavor of the meat.
