The best paella and attention in Cali.

I reserved a table to celebrate a birthday, so I ordered decorations, which I paid in advance, directly from the owner. When I arrived at the place there was nothing decorated, nor did the staff have any idea about it, nor did they have any interest in solving it. It was a terrible experience.
