My experience at this establishment was quite disappointing. First, the food was not at all pleasant; the quality didn't meet my expectations and it wasn't worth what I paid. But what really bothered me was the situation with the ice cream. The menu states that for only 5 soles extra you can enjoy a scoop of ice cream, however, at checkout, they charged me 3 soles more than I had been told. Clearly, this was a mistake or a deceptive strategy, which I consider a lack of transparency. Furthermore, the cashier's service was quite poor, showing little interest or courtesy. In short, I do not recommend this place and I don't think I will visit again.

We ordered a chicken chaufa, it lacked more seasoning, and a chicken broth that didn't happen at all.

This pigsty with dirty tables full of dust without a doubt earns the position as the worst restaurant in Chiclayo, the worst service from the waiters and the cashier, the food tasteless and overheated, the desserts even worse, I ordered a salted chicken noodle that came cold, without onion, without tomato and surprisingly without chicken, the starter was passable but with some harder and drier beans, the food was tiny, for dessert I ordered a walnut cake, It was a keke kept with dried whipped cream, it had grated chocolate, everything except nuts, when the cashier showed discontent, she looked with a hateful face, at a restaurant with a lot of workers doing everything but giving good service. The cleanliness of this place is not its strong point, clean those tables, I changed tables only to realize that the others were worse. Decadent place, it only had two tables occupied at rush hour, now I understand why it is always empty despite being in the center of Chiclayo, cleaning your tables and counters is disgusting and a shame. UPDATE: after receiving a response from the establishment I reiterate about the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant, the table had not been used by anyone previously, however it was already dirty and full of dust, and there is a lack of cleaning protocols since no waiter cleaned the new table that I occupied.

Restaurant is pretty average. It's not expensive.
