If you want a perfect place to spend time with the family, avoid this place. I had visited this place several times with my wife and friends. Today, for the first time, I visited with my wife, two friends, and our two daughters, ages 6 and 7. There was one table available. I hadn't received a reservation, and one of the waiters surreptitiously told his colleague, "Don't sit there." It was the only table. Evidently, they were uncomfortable having a family group. It's understandable that some places reserve the right to refuse admission because they aren't child-friendly, but not advertising it and seeing it happen in a café is another matter. It doesn't even happen anywhere else in the world. There's little politeness and a lot of provincialism in these attitudes.

My husband and I have always liked to spend the afternoon at Elsa's for its atmosphere, but we have been there 6 times and they don't have the queso fundido, which is a recommended dish on the menu. We always went to the Peñón location, but since it wasn't there, we decided to go to the Pance location, and what a coincidence, they don't have it either. Why don't they just take it off the menu?

Nice terrace, but pretty average food. The cool thing about this place is that there are other areas on the other floors.

Very bad service, the waiters are rude, they don't respond to greetings, you can tell they don't want to provide service, they brought me the wrong drink and when I told them, they simply told me that's how it was (white sangria, they served me red) I accepted it and the waitress went to make fun of it along with her colleagues, the images on the menu are not at all faithful to the product they deliver, everything is wrong with this place.

Terrible service, you arrive at the place and not even the minimum is a greeting, we sat down and they were not able to offer us the menu, I had to stand up and take it from another table and when we finally managed to order, the rudeness of the waitress was unbearable, yes, on the bill they want to include a charge for "service" they are shameless, do not go to this place

The wait staff is very rude. They gave me a drink I didn't order. When I pointed out that wasn't the drink, the waitress rudely claimed that was what I had ordered and went to the register to make fun of the situation with another employee. This place is not worth going to at all.

What's up, band! I have the review of Elsa Café for you... and well, to be honest, it wasn't a big deal.The food, let's just say, delivered. Nothing that makes you say "wow!" Nor does it leave you wanting to return just for the flavor. It was acceptable, like something you could prepare at home without much effort.But what did leave a bitter taste in me was the service. The waiters seemed to be on a different wavelength, they were slow to serve and they didn't have much attitude. It seemed like you were doing them a favor by asking them for something. The warmth of the treatment was conspicuous by its absence, zero smiles and zero desire to make you feel comfortable.The atmosphere of the place is nothing special either, rather simple and without much joke. For a quiet coffee it may pass, but if you are looking for something cool or a place where they make you feel welcome, chance and this is not the spot.

The worst service! Every time I come there is a delay in attention but today was the best! We arrived and after 10 minutes they didn't even give us the menu, we had to ask the waitress, again after 15 minutes we had to call the waitress to take our order and 50 minutes later they told us that they can't find the order and they don't even know what our order was and that's because we asked that we already saw other people who arrived after us with their food, otherwise they don't even notice, very good atmosphere, very delicious food but terrible service!!!!!!
