Cozy place with panoramic views of Praça da República and live music. Interesting experience. The dishes were well presented and beautiful, but the flavor was not exceptional. The French and Brazilian mix is interesting, but the oriental touch did not go well together. Misleading information about the Flying Saucer snack. It is usually served on a plate; this staging is not mentioned on the menu.

I had a terrible experience when my meal arrived. That day, I opted to try a new "salad" dish. I thought I'd get a fantastic dish with colors and flavors, "because it was the new dish." However, that wasn't the case. The dish was embarrassingly small, a portion that fit in the palm of my hand. I questioned the "salad," and the "chef" added exactly one more spoonful of something that was tasteless. Frustrating. Beautiful place, good service, but a place without much menu options and a disgraceful price tag of $250 for a handful of salad. I don't recommend it at this time.

I had the pleasure of enjoying an unforgettable gastronomic experience at your restaurant. Every signature dish we tried was a true work of art. The flavors were balanced, creative, and surprising. The care and passion in every detail of the execution was clear. The signature drinks also deserve a mention: creative, harmonious combinations, and she loved the coconut flakes drink. An explosion of sensations from beginning to end. Congratulations on your excellence, sensitivity, and boldness in the kitchen. We left delighted and already wanting to return! I went to Esther, owned by Olivier Anquier, and it was a pleasant experience! It had a beautiful view of Republic Square. We ordered the Nossa Clássica Bochecha, which was super tender, candied with honey and rosemary, accompanied by an oriental-inspired couscous and caramelized carrots—a delight that blends flavors in an incredible way. We also tried the Nossa Pesca do Dia, a crispy breaded pirarucu with velvety cauliflower, wasabi, mussels, and greens—a bold and fresh combination, with the wasabi adding a special touch. For drinks, I had a light and spicy ginger Kiro, and a sweet and tart red fruit sakerinha. The atmosphere is elegant without being overdone, and the service was attentive and friendly. Valet parking at the door.
