We chose it because of the rating it has, which it no longer deserves. It has changed a lot from what the place was a while ago. The atmosphere is better, but they fail in the food and service, which is the most important thing when enjoying a dinner, to the point that we were not able to enjoy the outing.

I went with a Cibic voucher. The place is nice. The service is average. The coffee was burnt.

We ate exquisitely. This is our second time here, and we found the food to be very delicious. I ordered the lamb roll, a delicacy.

The atmosphere is very refined, warm, and calm, although I found it somewhat closed, lacking natural light or windows. The place is very clean and the elements are well-maintained. I appreciated the kindness of the cheese appetizer, but the cheeses weren't of great quality, and the appetizer could have been a bit larger and more natural. The grapefruit juice in the packet was noticeably artificial. The pork empanada was truly exquisite, and for the main course, I ordered vegetable and meat ravioli, but the vegetables were imperceptible and there was a lot of meat, which made them a bit more rustic and heavy. I didn't like the Bolognese sauce much because it's a kind of stew sauce, as if they'd poured beef stroganoff on top. I would have preferred more Italian/Mediterranean sauce so the tomato flavor could have been appreciated. The grated cheese was acceptable but not excellent. However, the price/quality ratio is very good, and the portion is very generous. Very good service from the staff, from the phone call to the receptionist, the valet parking attendant, and the waitress. You can tell this is a place where they care about what they do, not like other places where they 'do whatever they want.'
