My husband and I were looking for a warm and welcoming place to spend an unforgettable time, and we found it at Factory. The food, the atmosphere, and above all, the service were excellent! Highly recommended.

We went to the Factory restaurant, Aldo served us and everything was spectacular. Aldo was an excellent waiter and gave us great service. We will return.

I can't review any dish since I order and waited for more than 40 minutes! The place was almost empty, I decided to eat at the mall.

The outdoor seating could be better distributed, but overall it was a good experience.

The lobster is a solid pick but i think the steak could use some help. Otherwise a phenomenal place and fast and nice and great atmosphere.

Excellent service and exquisite dishes

Actually everything was great!

Loved the tomahawk steak, Ceasar salad. My wife thought her baked salmon lacked taste. Cheesecake desert was average. Pricey meal. Nice atmosphere, great service.
