Exquisite dishes Comfort and good service

I haven't been here in a while and I remembered it was better.

The Garufa never fails. It's one of those old-timey places where you know that the meat will always come out to the exact point you order it. Everything well done, everything with flavor. Something expensive but within the norm, considering the type of food. Special mention to the Roquefort cheese empanada… a total gem

An excellent place with a very bad Griller, I usually go very often but unfortunately when asking for a cut of good thickness or size, the griller never hits the point. Especially on the strip steak and hungry steak. I have ordered it on more than 6 occasions at the end of 3/4 and they bring it practically raw. It is a restaurant that specializes in meat and they still do it wrong... there are thermometers that you can insert into the meat and they tell you the temperature to determine how it turned out. I don't understand why they don't use them. They could argue that when they serve you they bring you a hot grill, so that the meat can finish cooking there, but the hungry steak is too thick and never finishes sewing, in addition to the fact that they practically serve it raw
