Excellent! Wonderful food, relaxed atmosphere and 10/10 service!

Terrible. Lazy service, except at the front desk, we waited 10 minutes for someone to come and help us. The food arrived and only got worse: pasta without a drop of salt, lamb tasteless and unseasoned. Not worth the price of food by the kilo in a mall food court.

Wonderful food, cozy atmosphere and the service from the waiter Paulo Jorge was wonderful! The dishes were delicious and came in good quantity and came out quickly! Despite the price being a bit steep (individual dishes cost 120 to 180 reais), it was worth it!

We had a wonderful dinner at Gerro. The food was exceptional, especially the burrata and beef tartare. Our waitress, Erica, made the experience even better with her warm and attentive service. She was attentive and kind throughout the evening. We can't wait to return.

I wasn't staying there. I went around 7:30 for breakfast with a friend to celebrate my birthday. I called the day before and the same day to confirm if I needed a reservation. I was told no, that it was on demand. When we arrived, the concierge informed us that there were many guests on the list and that around 10 am he would be able to give us an estimate of whether there would be availability or not. I found it rude and inelegant, and it was very different from the proposal of the place. They could have warned me when I called about this issue of today not being predictable.

A very sophisticated restaurant with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. The wine list is a sight to behold. The service is second to none.The main course I chose was gnocchi with shrimp and white sauce, which was divine, and for dessert the house's famous Tiramisù.In charge of the kitchen is the experienced chef Bahia Brito, who has worked in the Group's restaurants for over three decades.
