Oh well I don't know where to start... they need a good staff distribution to be able to take the order since it took more than 15 minutes to take it. I went to the establishment because on social networks they had food reels by a recognized diner of trc, and when I ordered it they commented that it was out of season, which was "short pork" I think, that's what they commented on networks... in addition to that I ordered spicy noodles and my partner a rib and they literally took more than an hour to bring me my food which never arrived... I got tired of waiting when I saw that they served other diners who had arrived after us better, including families... my expense was approximately 200 pesos between 2 beers that my partner and I each drank

Very loud music, handwritten ticket???

I am a regular client of Greta, this time it was Valentine's Day and I went to the Google page, they asked me for 400 pesos in advance which seemed normal to me, however when I arrived at Greta they told me that they did not go and that they did not know anything, it is a shame that they know that Google is not the real page and they do not care that it is only Instagram, as if we all used Instagram.

They should report their reservations, how is it possible that if they already know that Google reservations are wrong and that a charge is generated for their clients, they have not done anything to solve it.Apart from super bad treatment and zero empathy on the part of the girl who helped me, I leave this to you so that it doesn't happen to anyone else and you don't spend your money foolishly like me.

The food was good, but the service was terrible, they had electronic music that was too loud and although I asked several times for them to turn it down, they didn't do it and they even turned it up, the waiter was a little rude

I went to eat there (4 pm) The waiters were friendly but I asked for my drink without ice and he forgot. The food they deliver to you does not 100% match what the menu indicates, that is, they are missing things that are mentioned in the menu. They didn't have a system so they couldn't print me a ticket and they did the bill by hand, so I won't be able to invoice. They didn't have octopus or any dessert. I'm not coming back. Overrated

Decided to give this restaurant another chance...super disappointing again...they were out of octopus,pork shank and short rib...ordered the burger and fries not worth 250 pesos...plus they had no ketchup....kitchen here is a mess all our food arrived in shifts so we couldn't eat together.
