I really enjoyed this experience; I found it novel and interesting. The food was all delicious, and we found the right amount for two people. We chose pork shoulder, flank steak, and ribeye, and all three were delicious. I think it's great that everyone can cook it for as long as they want and season it to taste. There are wine options by the bottle and glass, and also Korean sake, which I still have yet to try. We booked overnight. The only thing I didn't like is that the linens have a strong smoky smell, even though each table has an extractor fan. Anyway, I would definitely go back.
Hansik BBQ is an authentic Korean barbecue restaurant located in Córdoba, Argentina. It's so popular that it's often fully booked, so we had to wait on the list, but fortunately, they contacted us early and we were able to dine. We ordered the "Jeju" combo, which included pork belly (samgyeopsal), sausage, intestines, bulgogi, and another cut. We were very satisfied with the variety and quality of the meat. The side dishes (banchan) were well presented, clean, and flavorful. Overall, the flavor was a bit saltier, probably adapted to the local palate, but still delicious. The soju and chicken served as banchan created a very Korean atmosphere that thrilled us. The decor was also modern and had a Korean touch, so much so that we felt like we were in Korea for a moment. Every table was filled with local customers, which demonstrates the popularity of Korean food. If you're missing Korean food in Córdoba, this is definitely a place you'll want to return to! Highly recommended.
The Korean barbecue experience is both fun and exquisite. Not to be missed.
Korean food restaurant Make a reservation. The food is delicious, an experience to learn about flavors and customs. We tried a blueberry soju and took the apple soju home to try. You cook your own meat; we ordered the Incheon combo and added a grilled sausage. The sides are varied and varied. The spicy meat or some other side dishes may be a little spicy for those not used to it. There were 4 of us (3 women and 1 man) and we were very satisfied. Since dessert was a must, we ordered 4 ice creams: melon, strawberry, and banana. Very delicious. The service was very friendly. They greet you and seat you at your designated table. There is a physical menu, and they have a digital menu on Instagram. Since it was our first time, they explain the menu, the dishes, and how to cook the meat to best enjoy it.The atmosphere is very family-friendly and comfortable. The overall cleanliness is impeccable, both at the tables and in the bathroom—a 10 out of 10.Recommended to try as a new experience or to return another time 😉. It's a place to go leisurely, without rushing, and have a pleasant time. We spent approximately 1.5 to 2 hours leisurely, eating, preparing meat, chatting, sipping delicious soju, and having a good time.
I really enjoy the food; there are so many flavors to try in different combinations. It reminds me of that scene in Ratatouille where Chefsito's friend combined cheese with cherries and it was an explosion of flavors.I don't know exactly what their closing time is, but what I do know is that I had a wonderful birthday. They made me some sugary cups to drink soju and they said Happy Birthday by Nayeon (Nayeon is my favorite). Thank you so much.
